It’s true: Portland shuts down completely when it snows. So you’re probably going to be stuck inside for most of today, right?

But I know that badasses like you savor a challenge. You like to push yourself! And you and I both know that your body wont feel so great if you lay on the couch all day vegging-out and drinking hot cocoa.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for relaxing, but what if you could also get in a quick workout between episodes while binge-watching Master of None?

Or hey, if you’re working from home today, you’re probably going to want to get your sweat on first. The endorphin rush can help you focus more effectively and improve your mood– not to mention helping with circulation, so your legs don’t fall asleep when you’re telecommuting from the couch.

Well either way, I’ve got your back. If you find yourself stuck inside today because it’s just too harrowing to drive to work or the gym in the snow, this is the workout for you.

Here’s a special Snow Day Workout that you can do anywhere to keep from going stir-crazy while you’re chilling at home. It doesn’t require any equipment and can be done indoors in even just a few feet of space– so there’s no reason not to give it a try!
