At B&B, we know that you can’t always tell how healthy someone is just by looking at them or by what they weigh, so we created this challenge to instead honor the habits that create healthy, happy people—regular exercise and engagement with a supportive and empowering community. That’s it!

Must be willing and able to work out at least 3x per week.
Must commit to all 6 weeks of the program.
Must follow and apply our nutrition plan. Our program is proven to work but only if you follow it!
Must respect the rules of the gym. This a place to create a positive and safe environment in which everyone can work towards their heath and fitness goals.
This is not a “biggest loser” type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All kinds of transformations are welcome!
Must be willing to submit before and after photos to document your progress and success. Show us what your own personal transformation looks like!
