  • Includes an exercise and nutrition program tailored to your individual goals.
  • Semi-private training with up to 3 other people gets you group support and training autonomy.
  • Track your body composition goals over time with 2 check-ins per month.

Emily came to fitness coaching through her former career as a professional MMA fighter.

She combines her passions for powerlifting, motivational speaking, and mindfulness practices to make reaching your fitness goals fun and attainable.
